Estate Officer is the custodian of the University moveable and immoveable assets of the
University. He is the overall incharge of all construction activities of the campus as well as
outstations and ensures the proper maintenance of road, buildings and electrical works in the
campus. He looks after the water supply, security, cleaning and sweeping services of the campus.
Prepares DPR’s for new constructions works in the campus and outstations with the assistance of
following offices/branches:
i) Executive Engineer(Design) and Executive Engineer(Construction)/Assistant Engineer (Civil)/
Assistant Engineer (PH)/ Assistant Engineer (Electrical).
ii) Architect Branch
iii) Administration Branch
iv) Correspondence Branch
Establishment branch deals with general administration of Estate Organization and also maintains the service record of all employees and land related activities of the campus and outstations.
